"I stayed at Radisson Hotel and had a mixed experience.
On the positive side, the staff were polite and genuinely tried to help whenever needed. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety and quality.
However, the property itself feels quite old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was especially disappointing—there was no hand shower, the exhaust was not working, and the towels had an unpleasant smell. Overall cleanliness and room maintenance were below expectations.

"The staff were very friendly and all had a good sense of humour. The biggest problem is the prices of chocolate bar £2.50 a bag of crisps £2.50. There was lots on display and nobody bought any if they reduce the price they would sell more and they would make a good profit. It’s the same with the price of spirits £550 to £6 per shot we ended up going into our room and drinking their own drink helped double up for a discount. That’s the only negative thing I have to say."

"The room was clean and tidy with tv and tea making facility. Shower was a good standard with decent hot water supply. Staff were extremely helpful and approachable and good size bar and restaurant. The hotel itself is a bit dated but you could see that renovations are taking place to update it. There are a number of attractions nearby notwithstanding the airport and I would very much recommend it for its facilities, location and price."

Really good location for the M5 and about 25 min drive into the city centre. The restaurant was great too. food lovely and staff nice. However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other.
There was no where to put a suitcase to unpack other than on the bed or the floor which was difficult for us.
