Paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom, didn’t have a remote for my tv, my bedding or bed had the feint smell of cat urine or whatever it was the smell from a feline. Staff weren’t pleasant to talk too or ask questions as they barely couldn’t speak or understand English. Wouldn’t recommend staying here even to save a few bucks in the future

It was ok for around $100 a night. But not the quality I was expecting. I will pay more for a higher quality hotel next time. We like the other Red Lion in town, so we thought this one would be similar.

Bed felt like a concrete slab. Bathroom so small you have to turn around in circles just to move around. Water pressure was nonexistent. Room smelled like wet carpet and dirt. Employees cook their food on site and it smells terrible. Ice machines don’t work, you have to use the one near the breakfast area. Breakfast was terrible. Will never stay here again.

It was disappointing. Getting in to town late and dealing with someone who’s getting frustrated with you while you’re trying to understand what she’s saying is not a good first impression. She made us wait in our car for half an hour while our reservation came in. This was not good either. We showed her our confirmation but no good. The room was filthy. Human bodily fluids were left on the headboard of the bed and both night stands. I would not suggest staying here.

The towels were not clean. The room smelled weird. The coffee was see through. The milk at breakfast was spoiled. Both ice machines were broken. The tiny fridge didn’t work. Overall it was a terrible experience. I would NOT stay here again.

The first room we went into felt really dirty bathroom floor looked all messed up and the toilet did not work. And it looked like somebody had poured cereal down the toilet, and it wasn't clean if they did move me to another room. Both rooms were ground floor level and their windows. Do not lock so did not feel safe The second room was felt a little cleaner. And it had a refrigerator which was nice, but the hallways, the carpets are stained, and there's just a bad smell in the hotel.I will not return to that hotel

When I called them I was told they had a hot tub and they did not. They didn't have an indoor pool either. The breakfast was left wanting to say the least. They had waffle makings, there were literally two small things of yogurt in a small fridge, a couple pieces of bread and a couple bagels in a bread box and that was it. No fruit, eggs, meat, or cereal. The room was clean but only had one towel for a four people room so had to go get more and the hallways smelled pretty bad. Would I stay there again, maybe in a pinch but it definitely wouldn't be my first choice.

Windows are off tracks and often do not close properly, there was a hole in the bathroom above the shower head exposing pipes, and the website stated there was a hot tub for use and there is not. We didn't eat the breakfasts we were either already gone for the day or got up after breakfast was over. Would really recommend removing the fact they have a hot tub off the website, and do some updating.

Handyman eyes

The room needed repair and updating the carpets in the building where the rooms are needed updating. I have a handyman’s Eye for this type of stuff other people might not notice.

Broken items in the room like the toilet paper holder, door casing and latches, unclean or used bedding sheets, room is dusty and unclean, furniture is old and beat up. No coffeemaker in room, no blow dryer, no shampoos or conditioner, poor quality and questionable cleanness towels. Hallways are even worse. I doubt the carpet on hallway has ever been vacuumed or shampooed. Scratched walls have not seen paint for long, long time. At the time of checking out, they charged me $10/per night more than at the initial online reservation. Never again!

Room and facility was disgusting, we found condom wrappers in our room, there was blood on the mattress and the white towels were stained yellow. The shower was plugged and the staff was no help. There were also people sleeping in the parking lot which was littered with dog waste and garbage…don’t waste your time..
