"I really enjoyed my time spent in this hotel."

"Constant construction starting at 8 am every day. Other guests told us that their credit cards had been stolen out of their room. Upon inspection, our safe that we brought from home was tampered with and attempted to be opened. "

"Located well for town. Unfortunately not worth the room rates. Room showing signs of age, mouldy grout, chipped doors and tiles, old bed. We don't think facilities were open as not told anything about what was available. No real care for how stay was, for a 4 star I'd expect care in how you found your stay. . Nice touch of cava and water for my birthday which is why I gave a 3 otherwise would of been 2."

"Ocean was visible from room overlooking pool downside the beds creaked every time you moved constant smell of cigarette smoke from other balconies and weed so had to keep patio doors closed"

"The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast for a buffet was all fine but not outstanding for a 5 star. I became violently ill after eating breakfast the first day but recovered later in the day. I feel it was something bad in the omelette. Lots of bread but not a lot of flavour. Our room was nice but the view was just a deserted side street ( they say city view which is sort of misleading ) Although the weather was cool and windy we spent a good amount of time on 7th floor balcony that has a great view of the sea. We had drinks both in main lobby room and 7th floor but the same drink was mixed different a lot of the time. Don’t rent a car through concierge it’s really expensive and they gave us a old car. I’m sure they get a cut of 150.00 per day. On check out day our flight home was at 4:40 pm so we asked for a 1:00 pm check out but were told no 2 times. (normal checkout is 12:00) Later we were offered a room to freshen up in but the damage was done. So in closing we had a few issues but it is a fantastic hotel and great location we stayed for 7 nights and would recommend it for sure. The crappy expensive rental car company was called Larios"

"Apartment was really nice except that as a self catering apartment it was difficult to cook much as there was a severe lack of utensils and dishes. Not even small saucepan or egg cup"
