"Das Hotel war insgesamt sauber. Das Zimmer zwar recht klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Allerdings war der Aufenthalt nicht besonders einladend: Auf dem Flur roch es durchgehend unangenehm nach Zigarettenrauch. Das Frühstück war leider eine herbe Enttäuschung – sehr lieblos und qualitativ schlecht. Aufgrund des schlechten Frühstücks und des Geruchs im Flur würde ich hier nicht noch einmal buchen."

For the first time after several months of traveling, I unfortunately, made a mistake in my dates and arrived unannounced and unexpected. That said, Jack and his wife were so welcoming and kind and accommodated me for 2 (vs the originally booked 1 night). "This is essentially a motel in Villers and as far as motels go, it was fine. The bedding and towels were clean but the room could not be called well-maintained otherwise. There were plenty of insects outside the doors and along the corridors. The fire alarm in another unit went off at 6:00 AM during my stay and remained blaring for around 10 minutes, though I cannot say whether this was actually the establishment's fault or whether the occupant was culpable.
