"We had a great stay here. Location was great, easy to get to and from. The breakfast was great. There was a large variety of foods to choose from. The only downfall was Saturday morning the water for my shower wasn’t hot. My husband had hot water though. I would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel is just above average. Decent rooms and pool/spa area. Lots of communal areas downstairs. Breakfast had very little options and is the same every morning. Beware of an additional charge for the safe in your room. I've never had additional charges for a safe before. Front desk will reverse the fee for you, but I didn't even know about it until I got home and saw the extra charge on my bank account."

"This place has really gone downhill since ce we stayed here a few years ago. Our room wasn't vacuumed, trash can under sink was full, the nightstands had coffee residue. And the building smelled bad. The room doors are left open for anyone to walk in before anyone gets to their room. Definitely look for something better."

"I’m so impressed with the staff at the Liberty Lake Best Western. I broke my ankle and have been using a wheelchair during our trip for Hoopfest. I originally tried to keep the same room for both nights, but they were sold out, so we had to switch rooms the next day. Housekeeping went above and beyond by helping move our luggage and quickly bringing extra pillows and blankets so I could stay comfortable and keep my foot elevated while the boys played basketball.
