"The common areas (restaurant, lobby, lounge) are pleasant and well designed, and the amenities, including the sauna and pool, are genuinely enjoyable. The view over the Salar de Uyuni is lovely, and overall the place has a nice atmosphere. That said, it feels somewhat overpriced for what it is. The real problem is the lack of staff. You constantly see employees running everywhere. They are lovely and clearly want to do their best for guests, but they are overwhelmed and simply can't keep up...

"Very clean room and the staff were all super lovely and helpful"

"Listen up... this is not the most fancy place and that's ok... it's a inn situated inside a train station. I booked the family room which feature a loft and private bathroom. The window was always ajar and the cold breeze keeps wafting through. There is ample space to walk around and doesn't feel cramp. In fact, the dark wood might be comparable to a Scandinavian lodge! The manager is friendly. Truth be told, there aren't many fancy boutique hotels in the vincinity. Uyuni may be tourists centric...

"Ótima localização. Hospedagem simples mas o suficiente para ficar um dia. Café bom. Equipe gentil. Único ponto que ficamos no 4 andar e para subir as malas nos ajudaram mas para descer foi difícil, ainda mais com a altitude"

"excelente queda, y buen servicion + atencion"

"Estrutura boa do hotel apesar de não estar no centro de Uyuni "

"I like everything about the property. Although not much choices on breakfast but for me that was ok. Clean room, friendly staff are more important."

"I booked Hotel Sal Andina through Expedia for three nights, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Expedia stated that English and Spanish were available, but I could not communicate with any staff member in English. All explanations were in Spanish, so I had to use a translation app every time. This made even simple interactions stressful. Expedia also advertised a 24-hour front desk, but staff were not actually available 24 hours a day. I had a prepaid tour departing at 3:30 AM, but...

"I really enjoyed my stay; room was clean, it had all the needs to the cold weather in Uyuni. The location is perfect and also it included an amazing breakfast. Staff was really helpful and friendly also!"

"The staff was friendly. However, the bathroom did not seem to have been properly cleaned before our stay. Also, the host was asleep when we wanted to enter the hostel around 11 p.m. We had to wait for about 10 minutes and keep calling before he woke up and opened the door."

"Stayed here one night after my three day tour from Uyuni and enjoyed it! The bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from."

"This hotel was excellent. The property is in a convenient location right near the main square and tourist offices. The breakfast was delicious and the room was lovely and clean. The room was also very warm and hot running water which was very welcome!! The staff are very friendly and helpful, I would certainly recommend a stay here."

"She nettes Zimmer, gemütliche Betten und auch gutes Frühstück !"

"The owner was very helpful with directions to places to eat in town, and was willing to store my rental car in the garage on the property. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay."
