Staff are helpful, it's just a short drive from Burlington, free parking and better rates. I feel safe when I travel there on my own and the beds and rooms are comfortable.
There are a few things I hope the hotel considers changing to improve the overall experience; cream/milk for coffee and not just coffee mate, water refill station in the lobby (not the fountain downstairs) and the black out shade in my room was stuck. Just a few minor issues I hope they'll consider changing. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay."
