"The staff was professional and friendly. The room was nice. The tub was a little worn but the fixtures looked new and the shower worked just fine. The bed was good and the TV offered a wide selection of programming. The breakfast was good. Sausage, eggs, cereal, waffles, pastries, juices and coffee. If we are in the Erlanger area again and need a place to stay we would book a room there."

"Room and public spaces were impeccable and comfortable. Burger from the Gwynne lounge was delicious. High-quality renovation with superb attention to detail. Plugs near the beds had USB and USB-C. Beautiful job restoring a historic Cincinnati property. Staff was friendly and helpful. A failure to apply a room credit was quickly remedied."
