He came up to smell the room after giving us a different room. The new room’s bathroom door was locked and we asked him to unlock it. He never came to do it. "Our room was exceptionally clean as was the entire property. Parking was plentiful and easy access to the hotel. We had late nights at the ballpark and sleeping in was amazing. Beds were comfortable and our room was very spacious. The full size refrigerator was an awesome amenity! I cannot say enough great things about the staff the overnight desk clerk was amazing so friendly and helpful!! Was a great stay!!"
