"Would like to see a wash towel offer in the shower and a box of kleenex in the bathroom. Didn't find any instructions for the operation of the TV, that would be helpful Otherwise is a 10 of 10 Great location "

"The property is very nice, comfortable and 24 hr gate security. No one can and will get past the entry gate if you are not a guest. Very quiet, clean and AC worked wonderfully 💯. The water went out a few times but this comes with the country happenings .. Staff very nice and helpful. You will need a car or UBER to move around. FYI driving in Costa Rica is a nightmare .. please consider your plans. I am a native but live in the US.. would definitely stay again . "

"We were able to check in two hours early and allowed to breakfast for a fee even though we weren’t technically checked in as yet. Daily house keeping and breakfast was very tasty & fresh. Love the hospitality of the employees. Front desk helped us with a car rental, excursion and restaurant reservation as hubby and I were celebrating of 25th wedding anniversary. We also used guess laundry. Definitely a pleasant experience. "

"Muy buena ubicación, precio razonable. Mucho espacio. Necesita cortinas en la ventana del baño, deben poner un poco de shampoo, tienen que revisar los plafones, se levantan en las noches, entra un olor a desagüe a la habitación. Son sugerencias para ampliar las posibilidades de la propiedad."

"I stayed at this property with my children. We chose this place due to the proximity to the airport. We had a wonderful restful stay. The property is in a gated community. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet, safe and family friendly. There was private parking and street parking. Owners gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. "Great place to stay if you arrive late or are heading to airport early, as it’s only 5min drive. The owner can arrange transport to airport for 15$. The house was very clean and exactly as described, would defiantly stay again."

"Be sure to read this review! I went ahead and gave it five stars to hopefully balance out the poor reviews it had already received. This property was absolutely fantastic! The room was plenty big enough and had a full kitchen and refrigerator. The only two things that I can say is you need to look for the property as condominio Urban flats.
