"Our room was clean and updated. But the hair dryer and phone didn't work; the smoke detector was covered in a plastic bag by some reason. The breakfast was good and all options were kept in stock. Kids enjoyed the pool. Two main complaints:
- No tea/coffee in the room or lobby. They unlocked the breakfast area every time we asked for a cup of tea.

"I booked this hotel mainly for its location next to the adventure park and pool, which were the biggest selling points for our family.
Unfortunately, the room was disappointing. We were given a basement-level handicap-accessible room, and the shower bench took up most of the shower space. Beyond the lobby, the hotel felt dated and not very clean, with worn carpet and paint.
