I had one of the worst hotel stays of my life at this location.
I checked in early and paid extra fees for early check-in. From the beginning, the room was a disaster. The heater did not work at all, and the room was absolutely freezing. On top of that, the phone in the room was broken, so there was no way to contact the front desk even if I needed help.
As bad as that was, it somehow got even worse around 8:00 PM. The water completely shut off — no water in the sink, no toilet water, and no shower. Nothing. This is not just inconvenient, it is disgusting and unacceptable. A hotel room without water is uninhabitable.
Because of this, I was forced to leave the property that same night, even though I had paid for the entire day and night.
When I called the hotel the next day (Monday 1/19/2026) to address this, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He actually said, “When you checked in everything was working, and I know you took a shower during the day.”
Is this a joke? Am I not expected to use the toilet or have running water at night? That response alone shows a complete lack of accountability and basic customer service.
They refused to issue a refund despite the fact that the room was unlivable.
Save yourself the stress, money, and potential health issues. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to freeze, be without water, and be treated disrespectfully.
