"Heerlijke tijd gehad bij La Fines Gueules. Het eten in het restaurant is voortreffelijk evenals het ontbijt wat deze zondagmorgen zeer uitgebreid was (er waren ook locals die alleen kwamen ontbijten). De kamer is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien: lekkere bedden, een zitje buiten, cup-koffiezetapparaat en een koelkastje. Er is een stoel en een bureautje (een middelgroot bankje was misschien nuttiger geweest). "

"Prettig verblijf op een mooie locatie. Sommige zaken kunnen wel iets beter onderhouden/gekuist worden maar ik denk dat dit te maken heeft met personeels tekort. De mensen die hier werken moeten onverantwoord hard werken. 1 persoon moet het hele hotel leiden, in/uitchecken, ontbijt aanvullen, tafels afruimen, afwassen…en toch vriendelijk blijven. Hier zou ik niet willen werken, maar alles in orde voor de klant. "

"We spent 3 weeks in Europe. The B&B de Oude Winning was by far, and we mean "by far" the best accommodation we had. The service was beyond the best and the accommodations were sparkling clean, modern, and everything was outstanding. We'd go back in a minute and we'd recommend it to anyone. "

"As so many other reviews have stated this is such a wonderful place to stay. The location is absolutely perfect with fantastic restaurants, shopping and bakeries steps away. The hotel itself is fantastic, very clean and full of charm. The staff (Derek) super nice and really helpful. Highly recommend. Also if you’re a history buff be sure to check out the Maastricht caves. Very cool. And Maastricht the city itself is stunning. "

"Nice private pool and sauna (pay a one time fee for access during whole stay, requires scheduling with reception since they limit how many are in there at any time). Rooms are all unique and the location has great central access to the town. "

"A remarkable boutique hotel with only seven rooms. Rooms are very hip and stylish as is the check in process. Our host met us at the door as we entered into a magical 1600 ‘ building with original small wooden spiral staircase. Stylish room with everything needed. Best of all is location ! Step out the door to the center of Christmas market, restaurants and shopping"
