"Fantastische locatie en op en top hospitality. Barbara gaf ons hele fijne tips voor eetadresjes en bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Het eten bij de Masseria is zo goed dat we daar een aantal keren gedineerd hebben. Heerlijk zwembad en zonnebedjes maakten het compleet. "

"Hotel is in nice location on the beach. However some staff were a little standoffish & not very attentive. Solo traveller rooms are ok size, beds are small singles not very comfortable. Showers are exceptionally small, I have been on cruise ships with bigger shower space. When door is closed there is very little room to manouvre or wash properly. Location of single rooms right next to lifts, therefore guest movement, children screaming, running along corridor made for a very restless stay. Very...

"We were a family with 3 rooms. That morning they called me stating they couldn't accommodate us and moved us to one of their apartments which was conveniently available. Everything else was booked in the town so we had no choice to stay. The cost of the apartment was much less but other than buying us drinks they never refunded me as they were supposed to. It was very upsetting and terrible customer service."
