"We did enjoy most of ou stay and there were good ammenities. The menu in the bar didn't mention nuts as part of an entree option. I have a severe anaphylaxis to nuts and cannot eat them. Waste of food and money! The air conditioning in the room wasn't working. They were unable to switch us rooms, so offered a free breakfast to compensate which was fine. "Perfect location on the lake, lovely staff, very dog friendly, even a present for the dog! Air con struggled a little with the hot temperatures but it was much cooler still than outdoors. Food at the restaurant was nice too."

"Sur la réservation internet nous n'avons pas pu choisir une chambre séparée, cela a été rectifié sur place le lendemain de notre arrivée. Nous avons réservé en période de grosse chaleur malheureusement la clim n'a pas fonctionné une nuit mais cela a été de suite rectifié par le personnel. De plus l'hôtel était bondé du fait du week-end de pentecôte. Sinon chambre au top."

"A well appointed hotel close to the rail station and to good range of restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed Charleroi and the hotel."
