"The unit that my family rented was having renovations done on the outside. There was a lot of tools, wires, saw dust outside which was not safe for my little kids. I requested some type of remediation from Sierra Lane. They did move me to another unit that was not undergoing construction and Expedia was excellent in providing some compensation.
