The room was clean and accommodated my spouse and two pets. The young lady in the evening was very polite, and professional. However, the lady who was on staff at checkout did not give me a receipt for my stay. She stated that since I booked with Expedia I would have to request a receipt from them, which was incorrect. After 2 unnecessary calls, I have my receipt. Their new staff needs more training.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I wanted to share how wonderful this hotel is. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a place that was so clean. We were only there for one night and didn’t need to make use if the kitchenette but everything looked great. This is definitely on my list for future visits to the area!

Everything was clean (minus hairs found on shower curtain from the last people that were there). Staff was nice but no one was ever at the front desk. They were nice though. A lot of places to eat near here! There is also a really cool mall with instructors from the 90s near here. Overall a good hotel and a good experience.

My fiance and I had an amazing stay. The Room was clean and a great size. The bathroom had perfect space to get glammed up for dinner. I just did not like there, were items from the previous guest in the kitchenette.

Staff was excellent! Friendly and helpful. The issues are with the run down condition of the property and the carpet in our room was filthy. Our feet and socks were black from the filth.

The bedding was clean and comfortable and I slept well. The room set up was great and a nice tv. My only complaint is the smell of cigarette smoke. Very thick at the main entrance and in the lobby. The hallway even on the second level smelled of cigarettes.

Room had a few cleanliness issues that were missed, nothing major but little things like spilled soda behind the tv on the wall with the cup lid still back there. Kitchen and fridge were very clean. overall it was an easy night, no real issues. Check in person was nice as well as the lady when leaving. Bed is not comfortable whatsoever so keep that in mind if you stay here. Bedding smelled really clean though!

It was OK, but for the price expected more

It was fine, comfortable and all but the people upstairs were apparently jumping up and down all night until after midnight. We didn't call but it was really loud. I would think somebody would have noticed. Also... lots of HAIR everywhere. Things looked clean but there was hair on the sheets and towels. Maybe an issue with the dryer, or need some dryer sheets? I've stayed at other Candlewoods before and this one didn't quite measure up. Love the room layout though!
