The room and breakfast was good, but we specifically picked this hotel because of the indoor pool. The pool was closed. So disappointing.

The rooms are OK. Older, but clean. The staff were very friendly. It took me 2 days to get a hair dryer that should have been in the room already, also it took 3 days to get fresh towels. Also, the pool was STILL out of order. The website said it works be finished in December. Again, staff were awesome and really tried hard to get things accomplished for us.

Positives - room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Areas needing improvement - pool was out of order and our room had two lights out. The entryway light wasn't working and the dial was broken for the bathroom heat lamp so that wouldn't turn on. Plus the drain plug was missing from the sink. We've been going here for years. The pool was a huge disappointment because it's something my daughter always looks forward to on our annual trip. It should have been stated on the website especially since it's been out of order for months. The maintenance issues with the pool and in the room really should be addressed. It gives the appearance that the hotel is going downhill. We were pleased with the cleanliness and comfortable bed. We were glad that the breakfast was as good as it always had been. We're on the fence about returning again next year vs trying somewhere else. If the pool is fixed, we may return. If not, we'll probably try somewhere new.

Staff never asked for my ID, credit card, nothing. Literally stood up and said here are your keys. Lobby had a strong smell of weed. Facility was clean but very run down. It was very loud down the hallways all day and all night

Pool was closed. Ceiling was leaking in pool area. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close as door was warped and had screws holding it together. Light switches were below the door handles. Definitely needs renovations. Continental breakfast was not very good. No juice, no forks. After the first morning we went out to breakfast.

The property was dirty and in poor shape. The heating unit in my room was not properly regulating the temperature, I walked into about 100 degrees even though it was set at 71. When I tried to adjust it the controls did not respond. I eventually shut it off and let the room come down to temperature on its own but that was not a pleasant experience. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was super loud and could be heard in the hallway. The pillows provided on the bed were half pillows, not even full size or the 3/4 variety which makes it super difficult to sleep if you toss and turn. And to top it off (although not the property's fault) the hotel sat next to an active train line which woke me up 3-4 times. Would not recommend this property specifically, and I am considering leaving Comfort Inn out of any future planning.

The pool was out of order (we booked there for the pool). We paid for a double queen and got a double full size. Staff was more interested in talking to each other or being on their phone instead of helping guests. They allowed people to smoke dope right outside the front door and the entire 3rd floor smelled like weed. We will never stay there again. Someone needs to vet the locations better. Very disappointing stay.

Everything. Worst experience in a hotel in 15+ years at least. Drove 4 hours to get there, first thing hand written note that said the Pool out of order. Check in wasn’t bad. Directed me to park in the ear of the hotel and come in that door so I did. Walked in and the overwhelming smell of marijuana was just ridiculous. Went up the elevator to my 3rd floor room. Room across the hall was ajar with loud people in there. Room smelled like mushrooms or mold. Turn the fan on to help. Window would open with no screen (which I believe Is illegal). Bathroom faucet leaked. Left for a bit came back and the room smelled like marijuana so bad. Put the bathroom fan on to help it didn’t. Air conditioner then heat trying to get it out. Slept about 2 1/2 hours the whole night. Smell made me sick to my stomach. Called front desk. Was told she wasn’t allowed to wave the desk and go to certain floors. (There was 3). Said she’d tell the person coming in at midnight about the smell. Told her I waa Getting sick from the smell. Nothing happened. Doors slamming, shouting at 12:56am. Then started again at 6:07 am. My shoes turned black on the bottom from the floors. In the morning I went Down and told them I wanted A refund and not staying the second night. The staff never told him I’d called down earlier. They apologized. Said I’d get a refund. We’ll see I will Be contacting hotels.com to check on that. I have Photos of all. This place should be closed and knocked down.
