Until the current front desk clerk and manager are removed, we will never stay at this property again. Their complete unwillingness to provide even basic guest service made our stay unnecessarily stressful and deeply disappointing. These individuals showed no interest in helping guests, accommodating reasonable requests, or representing the hotel with even minimal professionalism.
We paid for four rooms for our adult children, yet we were told it was “impossible” to interchange rooms among our own family members. My daughter with an infant was ordered to stay in the room assigned to her on the 1st floor and was not allowed to switch to the room next to her mother on the 4th floor—where another one of our children had been assigned. She was told, in a harsh tone, “And you won’t change your assigned room.”
At 6:45 AM, I witnessed the same employee arguing with another guest who had no hot water for her shower. I recorded the interaction as he repeatedly dismissed her concerns by saying, “It’s not my fault,” while refusing to offer any assistance or solutions.
This behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely contrary to what we have experienced during many stays here over the past 10+ years. This individual single-handedly ruined our weekend, and we will choose any other property before returning here again.
