Manager was nice there are laundry mats close by you are close to different restaurants but you must check out Livy's ice cream 🍨 banana split was awesome enjoy your stay at Relax Inn

Hotel was nice and clean on the inside of the rooms. Hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable, checked in within 5 minutes. (which I appreciate) Only issue I had was trying to find a drink, they have 1 drink machine outside and all it has is warm Pepsi. Other than that, I'd stay there again any day.

The staff was pleasant however, the cleanliness and cliental left much to be desired. We only stayed a brief time and realized we were not going to be able to stay and traveled another hour to find a suitable stay.

Recently relocated to this town to manage a store close to this motel. Staying here while I find a permanent residence; the manager has been accommodating, understanding and helpful. Mostly quiet, not too crowded or crazy. Very affordable as well.

Me and my sport team of 28 people stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The service at the front desk (Sam) was more than accommodating. While the condition of the building may be a little run down, if you’re looking for an easy, simple nights rest and a shower this is the place to go.

Overpriced for overnight stay with bugs

The guy checking in was nice and helpful. The room was not clean, had numerous dead bugs and live bugs. The door did not seal completely so I assume that is how the bugs get in. For $200 for our one night stay, I was hopeful for a cleaner room with no bugs. I feel like they sprayed for bugs, but did not go back to clean up afterwards. However, the beds were clean and really comfortable. So were the pillows!

The room was run down, infested with cockroaches. There were no Kleenex, coffee maker, water glasses and hair dryer. The room is definitely not worth over $200 a night. We were so disgusted and couldn’t rest. Very disappointed.

I stayed at this property for one night during a business trip and encountered multiple issues that raise serious concerns regarding safety, compliance, and professional conduct. Upon arrival, the male staff member at check-in addressed me in a rude, accusatory, and unprofessional manner in regards to their “hotel rules”. His behavior was inconsistent with the basic standards of hospitality and created an unnecessarily hostile check-in experience. The condition of the room presented clear safety and maintenance deficiencies. The fire detector was visibly detached and hanging from the wall, and approximately half of the room’s lighting was non-functional. These issues reflect a failure to meet fundamental safety obligations and routine maintenance requirements expected of any lodging establishment. I wanted a refund due to the unsafe and substandard conditions but my reservation/booking was prepaid in advance through Hotels.com. The refusal to address or remediate documented safety concerns is unacceptable and demonstrates a disregard for the hotel’s duty of care to its guests. Based on the conduct of staff, the condition of the room, and the hotel’s unwillingness to address legitimate safety issues, I cannot recommend this property and will not return. Furthermore, the safety deficiencies observed may warrant inspection by the appropriate regulatory authorities.

Probably the dirtiest hotel room I've ever stayed in. There was dirt and trash just shoved underneath the TV stand instead of actually cleaned. This hotel was supposedly "recently renovated," but that just consisted of old items in the room taken from other hotels that were recently renovated. We had to go to Walmart and buy our own blankets and bath towels, that's how uncomfortable the whole place was.

I checked in, the man asked you have a kind bed? Is someone else coming, we have strict rules, he said that 5 times and he then said, no visitors after 7, and told me again we have strict rules, I had no idea what he was implying, I said can I watch TV? He said yes, then I figured it out, I told him I’m not a Hooker! He just smiled, I have no idea why he thought that. I’m 66 years old and a grandmother, plus a retired Surgical Technologist. I was seriously offended, plus the second lock on the door was broken and there was no place to plug in anything by the mirror. I had to curl and dry my hair by the will. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, dumpy.
