Great hotel, freshly renovated

Great hotel and freshly renovated! No need to pay for the expensive Nov*tel next door as the facilities are the same just without the fancy name. Only thing is the gym, it is very small and they only have 3 cardio machines but not an issue.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Rooms are noisy. Walls are thin. Basic accommodations at best. The room was clean. The towels were very old and felt like sandpaper. The front desk was rude at times, weren’t concerned with making you feel welcome or provide any service. Much better hotels in the area.

We had a lovely stay, even though it was only for one night, on our way to Lake Lucerne. The hotel was only a few minutes walk from ‘Little Italy’, which we loved! We will return one day! We had to drive round the Hotel a couple of times, as there were no spaces (for 15mins), whilst we checked. Parking in the garage was very well organised with a reserved parking space for us. Staff were very helpful. Had a lovely stay and Colmar is just stunning

Would stay again! Spacious rooms with, and the staff were so friendly. Always made you feel welcomed and was there when you needed anything. The hotel is a very close walk (10-15 minutes) to both the downtown Colmar area and the train station.

A good stay in Colmar

Busy hotel but attention from the staff was excellent. Check in and check out was efficient and pleasant. Room was comfortable. Hotel parking was easy and safe. Colmar and its sights were a very easy walk from the hotel.

An immaculately clean hotel, with modern facilities, AC, and convenient on-site parking is situated 5 minutes walking distance from the heart of Colmar's Old Town. The rooms are not large but have everything one needs for a comfortable stay, including a tea kettle. The bathroom is modern, very clean, with a nice shower cabin and good water pressure. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast with great selection of local products. There is an outside terrace with tables and chairs where you can have drinks from the lobby bar or simply enjoy the fresh air.

Need better blinds! Lights shine through

The hotel is close in to the city center of Colmar. It's a nice remodeled property with a nice breakfast and a great sitting area near the bar. However, the blinds in my room were terrible and lights from the street on the 3rd floor, were very annoying, especially when they reflected in the mirrors in the room. My room was #304. You need to improve the blinds, or add curtains. I had a very terrible nights sleep. Everything else was quite nice at the property.
