"I made a reservation through Expedia, but I was very disappointed when we arrived at the hotel around 11 PM and were told that Expedia had not confirmed our reservation with Home2 Suites. Thankfully, the staff member was very kind and helpful. He assisted us in making another reservation, even though the available room was not the type I originally reserved for our group of six. I truly appreciated his effort and willingness to help us despite the situation."
