"Parking was well-lit and safe. We stay every summer when we travel."

"There were only two luggage carts which was not even close to being enough. I waited over 30 minutes for a cart and ended up making several trips to my car with an 8 year old because we had to transport our own luggage without a cart. Also, had to wait a half hour to make a waffle at breakfast. Not enough waffle makers or staff to keep the food containers filled. Staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed to answer questions. Will not use this hotel again."

"Clean rooms, large for a big family (expanded double queen room sleeps 6 comfortably). Two TVs in the space, kids don't argue! Staff were pleasant and checl-in was easy. "1st, gave run down roach room to aunt who is having her pumbinb done. She has a service animal, not a pet, that was brought to watch over her when she was alone for a few hours on the last day of the stay, a service animal who is housebroken, of mature age, and fully grown as well as trained. She contacted them prior to having the SA brought to her regarding the animal policy. Since my card was on file, I was charged 345$ in extra fees due to the 1, 5hr service animal visit. No damage...

"We reserved a king suite with jacuzzi. The floor had crumbs all over it so it clearly had not been cleaned. The sofa and room smelled like cat urine and the jacuzzi wasn't working properly. We never stayed due to the terrible room they tried to put us in."

"Room was clean and served my needs. Staff was very polite and professional. There were numerous travel sports teams also staying at the hotel. They overran the common areas, held up the elevators trying to play and be funny and ran the halls on my floor until after midnight."

"All the blankets were dirty, the bed frame was stained, and there was a huge hole in the mattress left by previous occupants. There were traces of blood on the toilet paper. The staff were pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty."

"When we checked in initially we got a room that had a broken TV & there was quite a bit of damage on the furniture in the room. We asked the front desk to switch us to a different room & they quickly did & our stay was fine after that. The other guests in the hotel were loud & rowdy, even at night, but I don’t think that could have been helped due to all the events being held there. Don’t think it was quite worth the price but good enough for what it was for."
