"We were treated exceptionally and are very satisfied with the room that was offered to us with early check-in the late check-in, the in-house laundry the self serve laundry as well as the complementary breakfast. We are very, very pleased with our stay at the Hyatt house. An area for improvement would be how to resolve being overcharged when using the self-serve laundry understanding that it is run by a third-party. There is no way for us to contact them. At least I am not able to figure it out...

"this Hotel was very clean and up-to-date. The only problem is the parking you have to pay for. Or you could Valley with the Hotel. I found this out the hard way. When checking out. I had a ticket on my window. The Hotel staff at check-in didn’t inform me that the property did not have selfparking for the guest."
