"The room was cleaned except for the floor feeling dirty and I encountered small spiders in the bathroom especially on the towels. The bedding was clean and very soft. The breakfast was a to go breakfast until you can get to a breakfast."

"The staff was very supportive in assisting me with a late checkout for a medical need. However we didn’t require a late checkout! The property is very outdated, but it was clean, easy to navigate & the entire staff was friendly & accommodating. The property is in a great location & accessible to most of your travel needs. If I had one complaint it would be the “yapping” dog a few rooms down from us!"

There was a big plumbing problem in one of our rooms. This shouldn’t happen to a brand new build. There were a lot of front desk people but not overly friendly. Beautiful work environment they should be thrilled to have a job. Valets were OVER THE TOP FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!! Overall the issues were...

"The rooms were immaculate, and the beds were comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet, even in a room closest to the interstate. However, on a Saturday morning, the breakfast area was swamped with people. I recommend getting there early if you want a clean place to sit and get the food you want."

It’s close to a lot of places and walking distance to restaurants which makes it nice since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot and we did valet parking.
