"Jenny was super sweet. We arrived at 8am and she allowed us to check in early before our 3pm check in time. This honestly saved us because we had so many bags. She also gave recommendations and told us about their Wallflower speakeasy. The location was amazing, everything was like a 20ish minute walk. The room was cute and modern. The shower water pressure was amazing and lots of mirrors for getting ready. The bed was also huge for my friend and I. It was decently clean. Location was great and the bar and restaurant next door was cool. Only thing that threw me off was on our second day, a lady in the elevator asked if our room was clean because hers was nasty and moldy. She told us that they had 5 nights booked but were leaving that day to go to another hotel due to the state of the room. We didn’t have this experience but it does make me hesitate to rebook! I feel like my friend and I were lucky this time but for the future we don’t know if we’d get a good room again. Lastly, their front desk is kinda silly. They don’t have computers, just the worker and their laptop which I thought was kinda janky. I feel like they need a better set up."

"The hotel was in a great location off time square. It was clean and the staff were really nice. I love the lobby area. I also felt safe because it required a key pass to go to your rooms. We had a quad room with 2 bunk beds. It did not have curtains or drawers like the ones pictured on the website. But it did have chargers in the wall and the beds were comfortable. I loved the down blankets. The bathrooms were clean. Make sure you bring a body pouf or washcloth because they don’t have those. "

"I stayed at Now Now for 12 nights on holiday - and it was WONDERFUL! The hotel has been renovated only a year ago and is a trendy, comfortable place to stay. While the rooms are very small, there’s enough room to store a suitcase and hand luggage. During my stay I only saw a few other guests, and everyone was silent at night which made for a good nights sleep. The property uses quality, comfortable sheets and mattresses - and the air conditioning was set to a comfortable temperature. There are plenty of toilets and showers which were always very clean, and they provide a bathrobe and slippers. The location is EXCELLENT - it’s a brilliant area for shopping and dining, and is a short 4 to 5 minute walk to the subway to access everything else Manhattan has to offer. So glad I decided to save a bit of money by choosing Now Now. Thanks team for a brilliant stay - I’ll be back!!"
