"Outdated"

"The property was under construction. Day 1, my room had no A/C and no refrigerator. Reported situations to the desk clerk, was told that it would be taken care of. Returned later that night, nothing had been done. The desk clerk told me that I should have returned earlier to ensure it was done and he had no other rooms available. Very unprofessional clerk. Property manager did remedy the problem the next day. It was very hot and misrable for the first night."

"Just needed somewhere close to DFW at short notice. The room was surprisingly big, very clean linen comfortable bed excellent breakfast and a free shuttle back to DFW. Ideal place to stay for a night or two."

"We had the enjoyment in Grapevine, TX. The Embassy Suite was so convenient and comfortable. We had a room with a view and a balcony. We were able to watch fireworks in many directions . Happy hour drinks and snacks were served right on time and breakfast was wonderful. The staff was accommodating when we needed sheets and towels. We will definitely be back."

"Convenient location. Hotel has vending machines, snacks, and a bar. Room has free water bottles for your visit which is nice. Price is reasonable and rooms are large. The hotel is a little dated and we had some issues with the AC. I would stay at this hotel again"
