"Great Hotel,clean room,and a very good breakfast.(Added bonus free shuttle to and from airport). The staff at(DFW Hyatt Place)is one of the best I've ever dealt with while traveling. Mason is one of finest young man I've ever met in the hotel buisness. He's very detailed, friendly and polite,he took care of me and my family with great care and great service, even though we we're just passing thru Dallas. Thank you Mason for everything,you're one of the best. We will be back when traveling thru...

"All toiletries not in room and TV was not operable as it was down!"

"The staff was welcoming. They always had someone on duty 24/7 if you needed to check out early for a flight or continue your adventure, so you never had to worry about it. Their gym was organized and the pool was well maintained during the hot days. They provided breakfast from 7am to 10am. I would definitely stay again if I ever come to town again."

"Two of four elevators were broken/out of service. Have to pay for parking that staff at check in does not reiterate nor make clear. Breakfast was fine, nothing extraordinary. Can tell its powdered eggs and previously frozen pancakes. Would think for an advertised 4 Star hotel that quality would be better. The room took forever to cool down....but then again we are in excessive heat so that may play a factor. Location is wonderful and everything is nearby."
