2/10 Terrible

"Horrible experience. No hot water for the shower, room was probably around 90 degrees and I specifically called down to the receptionist but no answer. Left multiple messages and never a call back. Slept maybe an hr after driving 16 hours not only because of the heat but also the banging of the doors all night long. Then, I had valet bring my vehicle in which the attendant proceeded to tell me he put the $51 charge on my tab, but I had already prepaid for parking thru Expedia. To boot, I couldn't get a printed, itemized bill because nobody was working the front desk, only the valet attendant. Almost $250 for a $120 room that was way too hot and water was freezing to shower never mind the overcharges for parking. Never stop here again."

"The only reason I gave 2 stars is because of the interaction I had with a cook named Esther. During the free breakfast buffet, I wanted to get my son a plate and a young gentleman told me he had to speak with his manager, because he told me that whoever is eating they have to be downstairs. Also, side note you have to check in for the breakfast buffet. I've never been to a hotel that you had to check in for the free breakfast buffet. Esther comes and stated that it was policy that you couldn't eat in your room and that they didn't want bugs. I do want to mention I was asking for a paper plate. I didnt even argue with Esther because she wasn't a manager and it's not worth arguing with a racist. With all this being said, I will NEVER come back to this hotel and she ruined it for me. Everyone else was kind and so helpful and I truly appreciate that. However, one person can ruin it for all. This happened on Monday June 1st around 630AM."
