"Todo la ubicación y sobre todo la atención prestada muy amables y sobre todo muy bien el acceso a todo la estación del tren para hacer el tour dentro de las montañas y el recorrido del río una experiencia formidable y si se los recomiendo, hay cerca del hotel restaurantes y el centro de la ciudad."

"Had to ask MULTIPLE times at the hotel lobby to get extra towels & TP for the room. We stayed 4 nights (Family of 4) & asked MULTIPLE times to service the room after two days and NEVER got the room serviced. Funky-smelling towels were collecting in the bathroom & the trashcan was completely full. Eventually we placed them in the hallway since no one would service the room. The heavy sliding bathroom door handle was partially broken and the bathroom locking mechanism was removed....so no lock...

"Close to airport/ laundry room was great. It did have a kitchen in room but was equipped with nothing/ you had to request anything you needed, not even a hairdryer in room. Breakfast is minimal. Hallway carpet was not vacuumed the two days we were there. There is airport transfer available for a fee."
