"We booked this hotel based on the great reviews, and they were absolutely spot on! The entire property is immaculate and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and pleasant. I requested an extra pillow, and they even delivered it directly to my room. "The staff is very nice. However, the hotel was hot, the stairs smelled awful, and they told my daughter they had been out of everything for a month when she asked for a makeup wipe and toothbrush. A month? That's insane! The breakfast wasn't good this time, either. I loved this hotel the first time around, but was a little disappointed this time."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented a cabin with no refrigerator and needed to keep medicines cold. They loaned us a cooler at no extra charge, big enough for meds and sandwich meats. The a/c was cold but not blowing, and they changed it out at 9:00 at night. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable."
