"Needs better accommodation for being a Hilton and more compassionate towards needs of customers. I was summoned to that area due to my sister’s Alzheimer’s demise and tried to spend time at her bedside I explained the situation to the staff and needed to check out early but the manager refused to refund the days I couldn’t stay. Shame on her. I lost over 300 dollars. Please stay away from this place"

"They need signage for the office. You can not find it. Also ceiling fans in the bedroom would be an excellent add. "

"First room was disgusting bathroom sink has rusty water all of the counter moved us to a suite and that room seemed to be decent days inn should be ashamed at this property as a whole. Staff is the only good thing this place has they are very helpful. I had to walk my 7 year old daughter passed a room with a man sitting in the doorway with the door wide open completely naked. I will never in 5 extra lifetimes stay here for a single minute"

"I was rather disappointed with the breakfast. I’m a diabetic and there were very few choices. Only other thing was the noise from the road at night. We will just know to ask for the back side next time"

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Hacienda and we loved it. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked through the doors. Our room was clean and the views overlooking the park were amazing, yet quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda in the morning with our coffee and having breakfast overlooking the river. Then, going for strolls around the pond/park and relaxing with a nice dinner as we listened to a local artist play piano in Sasha's. Our stay is always memorable."

"I had blood tinged sheets for 2 nights in a row, complained each morning to have them change it and they never did. they just kept making the bed with the same dirty sheets that I threw on the floor.. never stay here"

"Would definitely stay again. Matresses are firm. Only thing, I’d bring your own pillows they are too full and will kink your neck."

"Full of crackheads. First room was dirty hair in the tub dirt on the floors dirty sheets and blankets. Second room was next door to a couple who fought very loudly about drugs ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. Scared my son at one point it sounded like something was being slammed against the walls. Staff kept coming to “talk” to them but nothing ever happened and they never stopped."

"Hotel was nice and clean. I came around 7pm the front desk lady was rude. She act like she had an attitude. No greeting when coming in the door. She spoke when I said something. She didn’t say what time breakfast end or start and why I have to pay 20 deposit. Overall the hotel was a nice place to stay at."

"We stayed there once before and our experience was better. This stay the garbage wasn’t empty & toilet issue with the bathroom. We had no refrigerator. They call the police outside I don’t know about what and it was like crack heads where hanging outside."
