"I booked this particular hotel because it had an outdoor pool and it was close to Fort Jackson. Upon arriving, we found out the pool wasn't operating, yet I didn't see anyone working on it. I arrived on Tuesday, leaving Friday morning. I was there for my daughter's graduation from Fort Jackson boot camp. I learned Thursday afternoon that it was open. It was a little suspicious that once the hotel wasn't booked solid and alot of the guests had left Thursday that it was ok to use the pool. Very disappointing."

"Total disappointment! Beds with hairs, smelly rooms like urine or smoke, walkways are dirty with stained drips and cockroaches at night. overall, not a pleasant environment. Had to be switched bedrooms after being shown 3, it was close to midnight had no option but sleep there since they had already taken my deposit. Just a dreadful experience!"

"The check in clerk was a nice man but he must get off a 5. The night clerk (long blonde hair woman in her late 30s maybe) was rude and not helpful at all. I asked her about the TV channels and if they had a list. She told what channel had the guide but, when I asked about HBO (advertised on their sign) she answered that she had told me what channels the guide was on. I explained I couldn't find it listed she answered that I just needed to look at the guide channels. The milk at the breakfast area was sour. I actually spit it out in the sink there. I showered and walked barefoot to the bed (my bad) and the bottom of my feet were dirty by the time I walked 20 feet."

"Omg from beginning to end it was horrible the place is like something out of a horror movie the lady at the front desk who said she was the manager was on her phone no greeting just yes Wht do you want? Because I guess they’re not use to having guess with class only the night walkers and drug users! Then the pool wasn’t available and it was 90• the pool was green the sheets had holes in them the AC was blowing warm air the microwave didn’t work in the room omg I can go on and on just don’t go to this hotel you’ve been warned!!"
