"This hotel is excellent for families and one of the only around with a suite large enough for all. Absolutely fabulous views of the bridge. Our teen boys LOVED the daily breakfast, and our 7 year old was constantly watching the birds on the shoreline and the ships going by. Small but clean and saltwater(!) pool. Trolley stop right behind the hotel, and 20 minute walk from downtown. Our only negative was the room was missing a tv (not a big deal to us, but our teens complained). Overall a great...

"Not a place i would recommend.Had a blood stain on the curtain even.Toilet would not flush unless held down for ten seconds or more.The floor of the bathroom needed cleaning as it was black in the grout area from water from the shower spilling out from the shower curtain because it was not able to control the shower water from getting all over.Parking was limited also.The Mattress was extremely hard also.This was my second time staying here but wont be back."

"Pleasantly surprised! We stayed in a room with a kitchenette, and it was like a little apartment. It was clean, spacious, modern and very comfortable. Definitely one of the better places we have stayed! The only minor things that could be improved on is the lighting in the living room / kitchen area was pretty dim, and the soap / shower gel / shampoo dispensers in the bathroom did not dispense very much at a time so it was difficult to get a reasonable amount. "Well we started by booking a room online. The pictures and reviews looked good/ok. When we go there he informed us that the room just needed to be vacuumed but we could put our things in the room. So we went in and wow. That room was nothing like the photos online on your webpage. There was carpet all throughout the place and pics showed hardwood floor type ground probably linoleum. "Expedia assured there was parking within the compound but when I got there at 7:30 I had to leave my van loaded with valuable equipment in front of a restaurant and right on the sidewalk. I hauled the most. precious items into my room and was not broken into but felt misled. I did not sleep well worrying about the van, especially considering the large number of homeless camps nearby"
