"Staff at the front desk were very courteous and even offered some eating suggestions. My room was clean, the water was hot and the ac worked well. There are homeless people all over downtown but I felt safe as I navigated to the attractions and restaurants. Very close to food and major attractions as well as public buses which I used write a bit.No one bothered me. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was old style elegant with beautiful dark wood. We did not eat in the restaurant but sat by the fire and it was very pleasant. "

"All staff great helpful friendly. Lillian at front desk was super helpful and friendly. She’s a star! First time here and liked the spacious room. Comp rollaway was nice. Excellent location for walking to pike place and bell town. 1 block to light rail. Thank you ! I’ll be back soon. "
