One of them mislead me on availability of parking. One day they had some form of jackhammer going next to my room and the receptionist did not even make an attempt to find out what it is. "Overall great hotel! Room was huge. Loved the carbonated water station. Staff was friendly. Conveniently located to a lot of things. The vanity lighting wasn't great. Room didn't have hair dryer. But it did have an umbrella. Would stay here again and just ask for hair dryer."

"This historic property has a beautiful back terrace looking over a wooded area that is quite peaceful. The hotel is very accessible to other areas of DC as there is a metro stop just 2 blocks away and it is near an area with shops and restaurants."

"It took a very long time for the shower to get hot. There are no hooks near the shower door to hang a robe or a towel. the vanity is a bit small to lay your towel on. You have to reach in to the back wall to turn the shower on and get wet while you try to turn the handle to the proper temp. No shower body wash only soap bars. The bed was very comfortable and the staff is great."

"Breakfast line is long and often no food available. Staff is a bit rude and unfriendly. The party next to the building is making lot of noise whole night till morning.There is no lobby for car and no reason to get the valet stopping on the street that's always full. "

"Can’t believe I was charged a resort fee when there wasn’t anything and $60 a day for valet, neither of which was disclosed before hand, until I checked in. The room was clean and comfortable, but I probably won’t stay there again."
