"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. During my stay, I felt that I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally by a customer service representative. The representative accused me of making threats, which I strongly dispute. Instead, I felt that I was subjected to inappropriate behavior and poor treatment.
Additionally, I overheard employees engaging in personal, non-work-related conversations on company phones, which I found to be unprofessional. I also felt that I was unfairly judged and treated differently as a Black male. Despite having paid for multiple days of lodging, I was informed that I would be required to leave the premises the following day without what I believe was a valid reason.
Overall, this was one of the most negative customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I expected to be treated with professionalism, respect, and fairness, but unfortunately, that was not my experience."
