Pool was closed. Hot water was almost gone: boiler etc not working properly. Towels stained, bathrooms not clean, floors not clean. Beds were very nice. Breakfast was tolerable but missing things that were posted but not filled. Staff was polite and informed us of the issues but offered no discounts. ...
