"The family had a wonderful stay. The gym is well-maintained and we made use of it during our stay. Staff team is helpful and kind. I would have liked windows that opened a bit. I was also not a fan of the sliding bathroom door situation. Overall, I felt happy with the stay. The beds were comfy and it was quiet at night."

"The two restaurants don’t really provide a lot of options for youths or children and were pretty expensive. Going into town for meals was a better option and easier on the pocket. And also a little disappointed that stain on the hill you didn’t get or offered a discount for any of the paid amenities that were there."

"The beds were very comfortable, and with clean, bright white sheets. Also, soft, bright white towels. The bathroom shower/tub was new, the countertop was painted, with some chips, the trim in the bathroom was needing repainting, as was some walls in the unit. The floors could have been cleaner, but at least they weren’t carpet. We had a dog, so perhaps rooms designated for dogs are not as nice as other rooms. Free, good coffee in the lobby. Pool looked great, but we didn’t use this area that also had a sauna, and whirlpool. We didn’t use the eatery on site, as we brought our own food for one night over. Appreciated that the fridge and microwave were there. Great value for the price."

"Our stay at the Prestige Vernon Lodge was excellent. The room was very clean and quite large with lots of room to relax. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and enjoyed throughout the day and the Cabana restaurant had amazing food and staff, plus a beautiful atmosphere among all the greenery. We will definitely be back should we visit the area again."
