"terrific facility. But hard to give them a 5 when I can’t get help. I had questions about the tv, and I sent a text as instructed, but got no response until the next day. I asked in the restaurant, but they are restaurant people not hotel people. The restaurant is fantastic. I certainly would stay here again. If I didn’t need help, I wouldn’t be troubled by its absence."

"Breakfast was great and having a heated pool was a plus especially when you have kiddos. However our room looked like it hadn’t been dusted and wiped down in idk how long. There was an huge opened chip bag underneath one of the beds. I also don’t think the floors had been vacuumed and haven’t in some time. Staff were really friendly but I just did not feel comfortable in the room/bathroom. The bathroom fan/lights did not have a cover over it so I could see up into the ceiling and could see tons...

"Room was just ok for a one night stay for a tired traveller. Motel is old and in need of remodeling. It’s been awhile since room had a really good cleaning. I moved the nightstand to plug something in. There was a beer bottle cap and a big wad of hair behind it. Very gross. "
