"The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. "

"Convenience to the venue for the event we were attending. The bottom of the bed sheet was dirty and not changed. In the second room, there was water on the floor when we went into the room. The staff came immediately and mopped up the water."

"Room was spacious and more than enough room for 5 of us with use of sofa bed. Staff was super friendly and helpful answering questions et. Huge windows with lovely view made the accommodation seem that much bigger. Breakfast from 6-10am good and outdoor terrace option to eat. We attended graduation at the amica and it was an easy walk (less than 10 min) plus super convenient to lots restaurants etc. very walkable location. Would stay again."

"My Husband and I stayed here for 2 days while we were in Rhode Island for a surgery. The night of his surgery there was a water leak in our bathroom ceiling. I had to pack up all of our stuff and my husband when he should not have been moving around to switch rooms. We were promised a refund for this night but then after coming back to NY we were denied the refund twice. Extremely poor customer service and to top it off there was night construction outside of our room starting at 10pm that they...

"The room was over 80 degrees and it smelled like cigarettes so bad it was difficult to breathe. The windows are very old and it took two people to even open them to get some air in the room. I understand it is an old building but its also listed as a luxury hotel"
