"Friendly front desk staff. Walking into the unit you’ll be pleasantly greeted with the smell of a clean room. Do not judge the experience from the elevator smells, nor the dimmed windowless hallway leading to the rooms. Bathroom was spotlessly the highlight. It appeared updated with soft white towels, very well cleaned. Good lighting from the mirror as well. Felt comfortable using the bathroom. Minimal amenities but to be expected. "Hotel is very dated. It smells horrible. Between the stale smell of smoke and pets it was disgusting. The housekeeping service only came once, freshened towels but re-made the bed with the same used sheets. Breakfast was the same everyday, a simple swit"

"You need 24 hour security. Nothing is done about crime of the drug deals and homeless people. The disturbances 24 7 vicious dogs crapping in none pet areas like in front of my room and the stairs. People are leaning on wall by our door running drugs you hear them thru the walls. Yelling and screaming all times on day n night. Today we heard the pit bull lunging at a loitering drugged by my door threats of shooting the guy and his dog. Ridiculous I have to pay over 100 a night and get no rest...

"For an ADA room this space was not designed with neurodivergence or accessibility in mind. The room was incredibly loud, situated next to an atrium that was occupied until 12am and beneath a room of folks that started their day in combat boots at 6am. I was staying over to take a 5hr exam at a nearby college, specifically to get a good night's sleep. Staying here was a poor choice, potentially with lasting consequences- unfortunately, the staff was too screwed by a system failure to figure...

"The staff did well under the circumstances. The Breakfast was so so. The property has significant deferred maintenance. As an example, the gutters had plants growing out of them. The property and the rooms are overdue for a remodel. The room was clean enough, given the worn carpet and furnishings."
