After a long drive, it was very pleasant to have a front desk manager, who took the time to explain how features of my room worked, as well as, contacted me after I got settled in my room, to make sure everything was to my liking. "I loved looking out the window to see the water and boats. My kids loved seeing the seals right from our bedroom window. I loved being walking distance to many different dining options. Staff was so nice!!"
"It was beautiful, staff was helpful and kind. My only complaint is the sticky floors in the room. I think it was just a matter of diluting the cleaner they used a little more rinsing that cleaner off more thoroughly. It felt very clean and we had a great overall experience, it was the floors. "

After the first night to my surprise the bed was not made, the floor was not swept, I know housekeeping came to the room because the garbage was picked up and the towels were replaced. Breakfast very, very basic. There is one type of cereal, toast, yogurt and breakfast sausage sandwich, tea and coffee. Internet access was good. The bed is average.
