"The entire staff at this property was very nice. The property is clean and in a safe neighborhood. My only complaint would be that Expedia itself misrepresents the amenities included in the rooms and the prices. I booked my room based on the fact that I believe it included a private hot tub in the room. I based my room choice on this amenity and the price shown by Expedia. But upon arriving at the property that was not the room I was given and it was explained to me that room I had selected...

I went to the desk and could not find the clerk. I peeked in the side door and ask if there was anyone there and got no answer. I then found the clerk way in the back avoiding the front desk. She became upset and said she was going to refund my registration and have me leave. Because it was a prepaid registration she could not refund and...

"Friendly front desk staff. Walking into the unit you’ll be pleasantly greeted with the smell of a clean room. Do not judge the experience from the elevator smells, nor the dimmed windowless hallway leading to the rooms. Bathroom was spotlessly the highlight. It appeared updated with soft white towels, very well cleaned. Good lighting from the mirror as well. Felt comfortable using the bathroom. Minimal amenities but to be expected. "Great location. Front desk staff was exceptional. Room was average with a nice view but lacked in amenities and cleanliness. I booked for my mom who has mobility issues and although the disabled friendly walk-in shower was great, the distance to get to the only elevators was quite the trek from the entrance / front desk. Overall stay was average -good."

"The staff did well under the circumstances. The Breakfast was so so. The property has significant deferred maintenance. As an example, the gutters had plants growing out of them. The property and the rooms are overdue for a remodel. The room was clean enough, given the worn carpet and furnishings."

"The bathtub did not drain properly and sand was in the tub. The rooms were not soundproofed well that you can hear footsteps from the upper floor; we woke up because of footstep noise at 2:00am. We had to move to another hotel for better sleep and rest."
