"room dirty and tv did not work, breakfast was not given when I went to the Ramada as the front desk person had directed and no place to leave key so I left in the room . No one up at 6 am and doors locked "

I was hopeful it would be cute but was very surprised by how nice it actually was, there were many features i haven’t had in hotels before, it was both cozy and extremely clean. Will be returning 100% "
