"Stayed one night and the experience was very good. Our room was spacious and the layout was very good. The breakfast in the morning was nice and the dining area was good, too. I was surprised at a $4 per day parking charge. There’s no parking garage, just surface parking on the property. The location is close to OSU and medical facilities, which is convenient. There’s also a Crimson Cup drive-thru coffee shop next door, which is a plus."

"When we arrived for check in at 11:00pm was informed the studio suite multiple beds was no longer available due to “air conditioning issues” was told we would be getting a king bed room with a pull out couch. When I expressed my concerns of this room for 4 adults was told could have a smaller 2 bed room. We took the king room due to 4 adults and 4 pieces of luggage. The room was a studio suite bike fitness room. Could not even walk around the sofa bed once pulled out so my sister had to crawl...

"I had ants in my room. I called down to the front desk at about 130AM because I saw more ants but no one ever picked up. I let the front desk know what happened and all she did was offer me points. I then asked her if the roles were reversed with points be sufficient for you and you just spent $200 on a room. I’ve been a Hilton member for over 10 years"
