"I got stuck with the last room that was available for the evening so I understand it wasn’t exactly the pick of the litter. However, I walked into a room that had a full ashtray, burn holes in the blankets, a half eaten muffin on the bedside table, other people’s clothes and several bags/containers of trash. If I wasn’t in such a bind I certainly would’ve said something to the guy who had the audacity to sell me the room for the night. Terrible experience. "
"Very nice hotel nice amenities nice rooms good breakfast. Unfortunately, I checked into the room and the room is only partially cleaned. There were dirty towels on the bathroom sink. The trash cans have not been emptied. I was tired enough. I didn’t wanna go down the complain. Just the maid didn’t finish cleaning the room, which is surprising."
