This places smelt of THC all over. The ceiling was terrible stained and patch! The whole hotel smelt and was very dirty. I would never stay here again.

Front desk staff was rude and not helpful. Booked 3 months in advance when I showed up to check in he flat out said before I could say a word "No there is no checking in, find somewhere else, we have no rooms" and when I mentioned I had a reservation he said "not my problem find somewhere else." Didn't even suggest anywhere else to find a room at. Then walked away.

I would not suggest staying here. I’d compare it to a one hour hotel (if you know what I mean) I think the only thing clean in the room was the sheets, and I’m not even 100% sure of that. The bathtub didn’t drain, the toilet rocked, the floor was dirtier then walking outside, the stairwell smelled super musty, I don’t even know why Expedia would have this hotel on their website! People were complaining about bed bugs and roaches. I checked the mattress, dressers, and microwave, I didn’t find any trace of pests in my room. I wouldn’t doubt it to be true though. The staff was nice to me, so no problems there. Housekeeping could definitely step up their game.

This hotel is not as described and the pictures are not accurate. There is no breakfast, according to the receptionist there hasn't been since covid. The whole place is dirty and stinks like cigarettes. We were also told the hotel was overbooked, and they weren't going to give us tbe room we paid for. After insisting they found a different room for us, but it is a management problem to overbook like that. Additionally, it seems like Columbus Grande doesn't exist at all, and it is actually the buckeye inn. The front door has both signs on it, and both addresses are for the same building. But all the rooms are the same. It seems like the buckeye inn is trying to pass itself off as the "nicer" Columbus grande. About the only good thing I can say is the wifi is free and that worked well.

I asked if they had bugs and was told there were no bugs yet as soon I we entered the room my daughter pulled back the bed spread and recovered a roach crawling underneath on the side of the bed.

Definitely an outdated DIRTY hotel. The room was dirty, with a lot of roaches, and mold. We checked in and left for our event and did not inspect the room.. until the next morning. Much to my disgust, I found roaches everywhere I looked. I only looked in the bathroom and one corner. I opened a drawer next to my side of the bed, and found droppings from the roaches. The mini fridge door would not stay shut. The top of the microwave was sticky. Towels had stains on them.

I booked my trip in January via Expedia. I even called the morning in which I was flying out to ensure that my room would be ready and everything was confirmed. I was told that all was good and that my room will be available for my 4 night stay. When I got to the property, I was told that there were no rooms available. I was really confused and explained that I had spoke to someone that day and they confirmed my room will be available. After sitting in the lobby for 3 hours after my scheduled check in time, I was finally offered a smoking room, but I am not a smoker and booked a non smoking room for personal reasons. I realize that due to the festival in town, I have no other options. I got in the room and there was baby oil stains on the sheets, burn holes in the confortor and pillowcases had ash on them, not to mention the stinch of smoke baked into the walls I stripped the bed and went to Walmart and bought a sheet and blanket bought ozium spray to neutralize the smoke odor with a candle, and bathroom cleaner to clean the bathroom. So over 4 nights, I requested room cleaning and towel exchange, only to find after a 10 hour day out at a festival, I came back to one tiny towel and one medium towel 1 washcloth for two people. The property did not offer a coffee maker nor any type of breakfast. It was just a frustrating experience, because If I reserve a room 5 months in advance and the night I come to check in and you have given my room to another person that is wrong!
