Hotel Menerima Tamu LGBT di Columbus

"Nice hotel"

"The Bed sucked Lumpy"

"When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? There was no TV's anywhere and...

"My old experience was OK for the price that I paid. I really think it should’ve been cheaper, but I understand the timeframe that I booked. I do know that they are aware and they raise the price higher because of that weekend. I didn’t like the way I was approached to make a payment to make sure that I’ve had a room the younger gentleman that I spoke with that following day. He was very nice and helpful. I would stay there if I book it at a cheaper rate."

"Upon arrival at the property it took about 10 mins or more for us to be greeted at the front desk. Then, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned whatsoever. We reported it and then were given a new room which was better than the last as far as the bed being made, but that was about it. The bathroom lights didn’t work, the hallways smelt strongly of what I assume was animal urine from the sighting of dogs present in the hotel, and there was also roaches present in our room."

"the quietist place we have stayed at in a very long time. air condition fine, bathroom very clean, to me the hotel just need a little updating. Other then that it was just fine"

"Staff was friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean and presentable. Breakfast was mediocre food wise, staff made up for what was lacking. Overall good experience."

"The staff was very helpful. The place was very clean. My bed was comfortable and we had a sink in the room. It was very quiet. Thank you."

"It was convenient & close to everything"

"The room was very clean. The common areas were also clean. The breakfast was very good and the quality of the food was good. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay."

"The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine."
