I was greeted by a very unfriendly front desk employee upon check-in. No information was given about the hotel other than where the elevators are. Columbus Airport Marriott
AC in room didn't work, had it set to 60 and it never cooled down. Called the front desk at 7pm and they said they'd have an engineer check it while I was getting food, never got an update and it was hot all night
